Welcome to Goddess Imports Coffee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at goddessimportscoffee.myshopify.com (the "Site") and the purchase of our premium coffee products.

The Site is operated by Goddess Imports LLC (doing business as "Goddess Imports Coffee" and "Goddess Imports Marketplace"). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Goddess Imports Coffee. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Our products are intended for individual consumers (B2C) and are not authorized for unauthorized resale or commercial distribution without prior written consent.

3. Products, Order Acceptance, and Pricing

Goddess Imports Coffee offers premium, imported coffee beans, including but not limited to:

• Bold Roast: Our signature dark roast.
• Golden Glow: A refreshingly cool and naturally soothing blend.
• Breakfast Blend: Available in various grinds (Coarse, Espresso, Standard, and Whole Bean) and multiple sizes.

Order Acceptance. When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy our products. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order (in whole or in part) at any time for reasons including, for example: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraud, or issues with payment authorization. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Pricing. Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order is submitted). Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout where required.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Payments; Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

Payments. We accept the payment methods made available at checkout. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges (if any). If your payment cannot be processed, we may cancel your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Shipping and Delivery (Free U.S. Shipping)

Goddess Imports Coffee is proud to offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders shipped to U.S. addresses (including Alaska and Hawaii unless the Site states otherwise for a specific product or promotion). Free shipping applies only when you select the free shipping option offered at checkout, if applicable.

• Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, events outside our control, or incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products (coffee beans), we generally cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders.

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
• Please include your order number and clear photos of (1) the shipping box, (2) the shipping label, and (3) the product(s) received.
• If we confirm the issue, we’ll make it right by sending a replacement and/or issuing a refund, at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items. Opened food items and other perishable goods are not returnable, except where required by law.

Refund Timing. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.

7. Intellectual Property (Goddess Imports)

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, product names, product descriptions, and the compilation thereof, is owned by or licensed to Goddess Imports LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

“Goddess Imports,” “Goddess Imports Coffee,” “Goddess Imports Marketplace,” and our logos, designs, and brand elements are trademarks and/or trade dress of Goddess Imports LLC (whether registered or unregistered). You may not use our trademarks in connection with any product or service that is not ours, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, without our prior written permission.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

8. User Conduct

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, or state regulations, rules, or laws; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; or (e) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

9. Limitation of Liability

Goddess Imports Coffee does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Site and all products and services delivered to you through the Service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided “as is” and “as available” for your use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall Goddess Imports LLC, our directors, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service or any products procured using the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or any product purchased through the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goddess Imports LLC and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Site or these Terms shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
