Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products (coffee beans), we generally cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos of (1) the shipping box, (2) the shipping label, and (3) the product(s) received.
  • If we confirm the issue, we’ll make it right by sending a replacement and/or issuing a refund, at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items. Opened food items and other perishable goods are not returnable, except where required by law.

Refund Timing. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.
